The staff was ever gracious. Being basically in the train station was highly convenient and, if desired, one could do some serious shopping in the nearby mall."

Hotel offered complimentary coffee, toothbrushes, and other hygienic items which were very appreciated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bathroom is very functional. We would stay here again when we visit Kyoto."
