"Very clean room and amazing amenities provided. All of the technology (ventilation/laundry machine/toilet) had English instructions accessible by QR code. Staff was extra friendly and helpful, always available at front desk. In the main check in area, free self-serve coffee, tea, and cold beverages were offered. Location was great, minutes away from transit and all the Hobby shops and delicious restaurants one could ask for."

"Great for families, especially with young kids. Our room had a nice space for the kids to play that felt like their own. Laundry and a refrigerator were a huge plus! Staff is so kind and friendly."

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"This has been my go-to hotel when staying in Tokyo across three trips. Great location, breakfast buffet, and sufficient rooms. Main area of improvement would be to have some healthier evening dining options beyond pizza and comfort food."

"Highly recommend, especially for first time travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is thoughtfully mapped, rooms were well designed and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Be sure to check out the breakfast (you save ¥200 if you book night before). Super easy walk (albeit takes a few times to navigate properly) to a major hub. Walkable to Ueno Park, Asakusa, and Jimbocho."

"Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal"

"The hotel was located in a really good spot right next to the station and the staff were very friendly! The rooms were maintained very well and the housekeeping was done well. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Excellent facility what is very close to the train station without sacrificing noise (hotel is a quiet sanctuary in the middle of Akihabara). Staff and amenities are A+!"

"A high tech hotel with somewhat small but very nice rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was incredible, and the view from the 15th floor was impressive. The hotel is very vertical, the lobby is on the sixth floor, above a shopping center and restaurants, it’s honestly easy to miss the hotel entrance, which is marked by a fairly low key Remm logo with fluorescent blue back lighting. But it’s right by the train station, as well as one street over from the heart of Akihabara! Very...

"Staffs are friendly Shops are very convenient nearby, such as family mart, and restaurant and to subway station."

"Great location literally a stones throw away form Akihabara. Also an amazing view of the river in the main eating area."

"Staff are friendly and helpful! Breakfast was amazing! So much to do in the area. Everything was clean. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again when we are in the area!"

"Great location with so many options for dining. 2 mins to the JR station, 4 mins to the metro and 5 mins to the Ueno market. Staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with the luggage forwarding service. Will definitely recommend."
