"The “well text you the code”, is kinda … when you travel with a foreign number and don’t know what to expect in this regard. The property was clean. Room very comfortable. The bathroom tiny. Washing my face was a challenge. Water all over the floor. Overall, it’s a great place. Close to the beach, in a walkable distance to the center of the city, Has free parking for a few cars. And I have to say that their lock system is actually very innovative."

"An excellent stay - communication from Inga was brilliant. The apartment was spotless and had all the facilities promised. The outside area was great for a quiet chill out. Location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Due to the time of year it was pretty noisy with cars and people until the early hours - we needed to keep the sole window closed which made the apartment pretty warm. For future guests a second fan may be useful. "

"Good loaction as the beach is about a 5 minute walk away .However getting to it by a car is not that easy as in the summer manuy of the roads close to it are closed The food was excellent and the staff very freinldly , however a samll glass of wine was 9 euro which I think is expensive"

"GPS took us to Hedon Spa not Hotel reception and we had difficult time to find reception. Young woman at reception was very dismissive when we asked for a trolley to take belongings to 3rd floor. I am on crutches. Dinner at Raimond Restoran was great and waitress Anastasia was excellent.we enjoyed a fish platter"

"We recently spent a delightful weekend at Terviseparadiis with our grandchildren and returned richer for the experience. As someone who travels frequently, comparisons with previous experiences inevitably arise. Firstly, the water park was wonderful. Our grandsons truly enjoyed their time there—the water was at a comfortable temperature, there was ample space, and it wasn’t overcrowded. The water park guards were dedicated and professional, which added to our sense of safety and enjoyment. I was delighted with the Spa service. Masseuse Tiia in room 229 was exceptional, and I would recommend her to everyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The PURPUR restaurant provided pleasant and fast service. The breakfast was rich and tasty, though I believe the dining room could be made cosier to enhance the overall dining experience. However, what was somewhat disappointing was the general service culture of the hotel employees. I understand that it is summer and many young people are working as substitutes, but basic expressions of courtesy and smiles were lacking. Despite being beautiful young women, the reception staff seemed more focused on their computers than on welcoming guests. This made me feel unwelcome as a customer. It was also a bit inconvenient that I had to drive halfway back to the hotel because the employee inadvertently left some costs off the bill. This reminded me of service standards from the 90s"
