**On 03/24/2025 we became aware that this property is being affected by nearby construction.  The construction is taking place across from the front of the property. You could experience unpleasant environmental factors such as noise, vibrations, and even light pollution during your stay during hours of permitted construction which are outlined as 8:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday through Saturday.  We deeply regret the inconvenience but appreciate your kind understanding that these factors are not under the control of the homeowners or our management company.  Please enjoy your visit and keep a respectful distance around areas where workers or machines are present. **

Welcome to the "The Pearl" of Kure Beach. Who doesn't want to have their own private pool on vacation? This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is sure to entice you back year after year with it's old school charm and quiet location just a couple blocks from the beach. The main house is one of the original beach bungalows from the military base that has been lovingly kept up and is all one level.

"The Pearl" has one bedroom with a King, one with a Queen bed and another with a full sized futon to make you feel right at home. In the spacious pool house out back you'll find a large sitting/dining area with a 4th bedroom that has a King sized bed and full bath.

But you will want to spend all of your leisure hours relaxing in the oasis like pool area that features a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Enjoy a nice cold beverage while lounging around or in the built-in seats of the crystal clear waters. You may never want to leave; but if you do you'll find plenty to do with shops and restaurants nearby, along with the fishing pier, the NC Aquarium and historic Fort Fisher. The beach is a short 5-minute stroll to the public beach access just south and across the street.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
