I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics and unwillingness to accommodate my situation."

"Very helpful and supportive to change my room into a non-smoking twin-bed room from the other style. Economic room rate and great dinner site (Izakaya). One problem was to reserve a taxi from another town back to the hotel in the evening (This is not the hotel's problem but the area's one)"
