"가족들과 지내기에 너무좋았어요♡ 근처에마트도있고 써니마트 라면맛집에 주차도 20시부터 08시까지 300엔으로가능한 주차장도 근처에있어서 좋았습니다~^^ 하카타와 텐진 중간쯤이라 오고가기편하였으나 일본현지인들이 실제 거주하는동네라 시간이 늦으면 골목이 많이 어두워져서 여성 혼자서 지내기에는 비추천합니다. 체크인메일에 비밀번호가 안와서 전화를했는데 일본어밖에못하셔서 소통이 어려웠지만 바로 해결은되어서 들어갈수있었습니다♡ 욕조가 있어서 애기들목욕하기좋았고 욕실의자는 없었습니다. 냉장고도 중급 사이즈 정도 되어서 장본것을 넣어두기좋았습니다♡"

"We stayed there for 6 weeks and liked this place over all. Pros: we liked that the owner did weekly cleaning for us. The owner was responsive to inquiries and getting things missing in the house. As book lovers, we like that there were a tons of kids books. ( also more adults comic books for other ages). Nice to have another toilet in the second floor. "Fantastic location on the river. Nearby Hakata businesses, yatai stalls in the evening, and very lively mall across the bridge. Unit was accurate and well described. Checkin was easy and was done online via remote tablet checkin. Elevator made a huge positive impact as we were travelling with checked luggage. Photos were accurate and unit was well furnished. "大きい車は本当に駐車場が大変かもウチは全員降りてから、駐車しました。部屋は思ってたよりも綺麗にされていて、田舎のおばぁちゃんちに来た感があり、何故か懐かしさを感じました。 1つ、2つ程難点を言うと、掛け布団が薄めの1枚だったので、寒くて暖房を消して寝れませんでした。冬場は毛布があるといいかな〜と思いました。後バスタオルがなく、フェイスタオルだけだったので、お風呂上がりに皆2-3枚づつ使ってしまいました。あとは普通の住宅街にある一軒家なので、静かで良かったです。いつかまた福岡に来る時は、交通の便もいいので、お世話になりたいと思ってます。 "

"- self-service check-in is easy and fast - location is near perfect - generous, clean and well-equipped rooms - only issue: no staff in the building, when you need someone it seems to take long until they show up on the premises (happened to fellow travellers who couldn't open the baggage locker and ultimately had to leave without their bags). also there were several false fire alarms in the enterance hall that weren't stopped for a long time"

"This is my first time to stay at this hotel. This hotel was located in Nakasu area, the center of Fukuoka city, where you can access many dinning and shopping spots easily. Also the subway station was just couple minutes waking distance from hotel. Another good point of his hotel was this hotel had public bath area on the 3rd floor for the hotel guests."

"The hotel room is clean and very maintained. The bed is comfortable. (This time I do not have the back pain in morning as in other hotels we have stayed in this trip.) The breakfast is very good buffet of excellent quality. Although just next to rail with trains passing by, the sound proof is good and the train sound is soft. "
