"Comfortable bed.  Small kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge with tiny freezer space. Plates, cutlery, pots, pan, 2 hotplates, toaster, glasses, wine glasses, egg cups, glass bowls, cheese grater. separate kitchen sink. Dish liquid sachets. Tea and coffee including plunger. 6 milk pods. Park behind apartment. Walkway to front door not sealed so can't roll bags. Dated bathroom. Heated towel rail. Fabulous towel presentation including purse pack of tissues. Terrible shower. Strange dial to turn on. Impossible to adjust pressure. I was nearly blasted out of the shower. Couldn't get to dispensers without getting my hair wet. "

"Beautiful location and easy walk into the city although it's a reasonable distance away. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!! Amazing. Slightly dated room decor which didn't matter a bit, however the bathroom lighting was absolutely shocking and there were no other mirrors in the room to use where there was some natural light. If you're getting ready for an event like I was, not a great space for make up!"

"Great Hotel Centrally located for National Park. Perfect for a short stay or longer. Access to Tongariro National Park skiing, or local walks. Staff were exceptionally friendly good service. I'll certainly stay again when visiting the area "

"The accommodation is in a great area walkable to town or great walks in other direction. Lakefront. Room very clean, bedding/beds appeared very new. Warm. Great little hot tub - didn't have time to try the pool - but was heated. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Some room features a bit tired - but to be expected at this price-point. I can imagine downstairs rooms a bit noisy if upstairs rooms occupied. Would definately stay again. "
