"Condo de la chichi exceeded my expectations about Kumasi. The place is modern, the staff go above and beyond to make sure their customers are comfortable, and there are plenty of amenities as well. Pierr was exceptional from the beginning to the end. I will be at Condo de la chichi the next time I am in Kumasi. "

"I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent booking at your hotel. Upon arrival, I went to view the room and was extremely disappointed to find a cockroach crawling around. This raised immediate concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises. The person showing the room attempted to address the situation by killing the insect, but unfortunately, this only confirmed the unsanitary conditions. Due to this, we made the decision not to stay at the hotel and left the premises immediately. As we did not utilize the room or any of the hotel’s services, I believe a full refund is warranted under the circumstances. Please let me know the next steps for processing this refund.
