"A lovely hotel within walking distance to Wuning Road metro station and convenient stores,a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist me order food on the app to be delivered to the hotel. They hotel also offer airport transfer but I used the metro as I want still sight-seeing. The room was extremely comfortable and offered multiples light settings based on your preference. The AC was strong and the multimedia sevice was great. I am pleased with this hotel as I changed hotel last minute to this hotel as I was not satisfied with another hotel I booked across the city. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here everytime i come to Shanghai! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"It is in great location. We booked this hotel because it has a tennis court. Unfotunately that court is not operated by the hotel and we have to walk in to book the court and pay 400yuan per hour for the count. Facility is great! Location is also convenient by taxing Didi."
