The backwaters of Kerala are an awesome place to visit. We stayed in a little bungalow and did a morning and an evening boat tour. The nature is stunning and the life there is far more calm than anywhere else in India.

"Very old rooms, water not coming in bathroom washbasin, sometimes no water in commode. Lot of construction happening in the hotel. Limited vegetarian food choice. "

"Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. "This hotel does not have a tie-up with hotels.com and does not honor the reservation/confirmation from hotels.com. We reached the hotel only to be told that they do not have a tie-up with hotels.com or expedia. Fortunately, it was a 'Pay-at-Proeperty' reservation and hence did not lose any money.
