"I wanted to stay an extra night but the hotel was fully booked w a concert in town. I saw surprised that when i ask to check out an hour later (1pm) they agreed but sought an extra US $10. Not a good look. I wont return."

"Good space, however bathroom wasn’t stocked and was out of toilet paper and hand soap which when checking in at 11pm you don’t rent to deal with, also sofa bed wasn’t set up despite requesting. Good location convenient for tram and super market, basic newish building."

"The front desk advised us there was parking below in the garage for a few or if we find a spot in the lot outside it was free. We found a spot and the next morning awoke to a ticket for 700SEK because free parking was over at 8am! We hadn’t seen a sign for that, arriving late and tired…"
