"Check in was great, staff was very helpful as my youngest son keep leaving stuff around the hotel and staff kindly found it each time and put it aside for us. Busra the gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming and Dilan, young lady working in dinning area was also very friendly and welcoming too. "Beautiful resort especially the main floor reception area. It’s clean and spacious. There’s lots of comfortable seating. The Turkish bath with the scrub and massage was excellent. The pool although big was very cold. It would have been nice if it was a bit heated. The buffet has a lot of options but repetitive for lunch and dinner. The only thing I found was that the entertainment was not the best. We were there for 5 days four nights and the same performer repeated her performance on two of those nights. Don’t get me wrong she was good but they could have changed it up a bit. Plus making us pay to play Bingo was silly especially since there were different prices for different people. I was charged one price and another of the entertainment staff offered another client 2 cards for less than what I paid for one card. That’s not right. First to charge in an all inclusive and second to charge different rates."
