This beautiful property features luxury rooms that are modern and minimalistic design. Great check in experience. Friendly, polite and professional staff at the reception and concierge desk. Miku was also very helpful, pleasant and professional. The room and the entire hotel is very clean. The king size bed is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! We had a gorgeous view and it’s insanely convenient to access USJ! If you have a family especially with younger kids this is the best place because you can rest in the middle of the day without missing much. The breakfast was tasty, we loved the crepe machine and fresh squeezed orange juice. We loved the robes, slippers, and PJS for provided. All the staff was so friendly and made our trip a delight. It’s about a 20 minute train ride into Osaka, but perfect for USJ. 10 out of 10 recommend"

"We've stayed in this airport hotel before in a first class room, but this time we booked a premium economy room. The room was yet to be re-modelled in a on-going hotel upgrade so it's deco appeared dated. But it was still in remarkable condition. The beds were comfy and the room itself was a good size especially compared what you would usually expect for a hotel room in Japan. It's perfect for early flights being a five minute walk from flight check-in desks. We booked two nights never intending to stay the second night as our flight was for 2345. We visited Rinku outlets during the day and had a little snooze and shower before our flight. I would highly recommend this hotel, except maybe eating in the hotel as there are a multitude of eating places in the airport."

"Just across the Universal City Station and of course Universal Studios Japan (USJ). The staff was excellent. You don't have to bring any toiletries. They have everything, including razors, toothbrush and paste. "
