"The lake and the hills are fantastic. But don't go if you don't like being the ONLY tourist at the lake. We were told business was going only at Christmas and Easter. We stayed for 2 nights and met no one. Apart from being deserted, the resort suffered from power cuts. One was several hours long. The staff tried to make up for it by bringing fresh coconuts to our bungalow ... :=)"

"It is serviced rooms rather than a hotel, so there is no bar or restaurant on site. Your can order drinks/food from reception, but they will get it from local restaurants. Rooms are clean, but room service did not come during my two-night stay. They are spacious but there only is a tiny window, and the air con is loud and drips on the bedroom floor. When the power goes down (several times during my stay), the air con does not restart when the power returns. Overall it's way overpriced, much...
