"Property is quite new with good infrastructure, not much such options in Sonamarg, staff is co-operative & friendly. Slight improvements needed in terms of plumbing & operations, rooms are small & toilets have bad odour due to STP water. Breakfast spread was modest considering the price. "

"Excellent location!. You get to see all of beautiful Dal lake from a hill. This is the only hotel where you get to see whole of Dal lake in its serene setting as well as most of Srinagar. Property was well maintained with beautiful flora. Staff is very respectful. Yes, I would visit it again."

"What I did not like was the fact that at 20K a night for a Superior room you got a pigeon hole. However staff attitude was excellent they moved us to a better room, but in a budget hotel at no discounts, which was again dissapointing. Hotels need to be more upfront. So see and book"

"Fortune Heevan is a very comfortable and nice property in Srinagar. The rooms are clean, well designed and spacious giving a view of the well maintained gardens. Food is excellent with local cuisine on the menu and a separate restaurant just offering Peshawari cuisine. Staff is courteous, with special mention of Khalid at the restaurant who took very good care of us. The hotel is within walking distance from Nishat and Shalimar gardens, however since there is no walking path and the road has moving traffic, walking is not advisable. Sharing cabs are available. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at Kashmir Hotel Resort during my visit to Srinagar. Overall, my experience to say was nice, facility is more than average, the location of the hotel was excellent, alittle far from the airport but the scenic route to the place was good 30-40 min drive fom airport easy access to popular attractions, good dining options. The staff members were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests as well as the owner was excellent.On the positive side, the hotel's restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of options, and the quality of the food was satisfactory for the price. The hotel's common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and very modern.Please note that experiences may vary, and it's always best to research thoroughly and read other reviews before making a decision"
