"Our stay was amazing. The staff and service were absolutely off the charts. The newly opened spa was the nicest I have ever been in. The food at the adult pool and service by the bar staff was impeccable. The main thing that stuck out to me was the genuine kindness and pride that the staff puts into their work. They make you feel special and valued. The canoe experience with the beach staff was so fun. We hated leaving :(. We will be back as this is truly paradise. Thanks for making our stay so special! "We had a nice time and the hotel was nice. It’s definitely fairly lively with kiddos. The adult pool is close to a main restaurant so not a lot of true quiet time anywhere on property. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice verandas. All the restaurants were tasty. The kids slide for those coming with families is definitely a hit. Overall we enjoyed our time but would have liked a few more adult/quiet pool options for reading and relaxing."
"Although it was just for one night, the hotel is amazing and the staff is so very helpful.
The pictures on Expedia is incorrect. I requested a 2 queen bedroom. One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect."
