"This is our 4th visit to this condo. Needless to say we love everything about it. We watch the various birds come onto the lawn in the morning as we enjoy breakfast on the patio. We love the access to Mauna Kea amenities - the beach is our favorite hangout. The check-in process is quick and seamless. South Kohala Management team makes everything so easy - they are so responsive. We love this place and will stay again in the near future."

"Very clean property with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. Minimal decor, not a lot of Knick Knacks around. Feels like your own space not like you are staying at someone’s home. My Down syndrome son especially liked the small pool and hot tub right outside his room. We were happy to see chairs and toys in the garage for a day at the beach. The property managers were easily available when we needed them. We had a wonderful stay."

We were travelling with another couple who stayed in the same complex and the only thing that would have made it better was space to dine together in the evening or hang out. "The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. "
