"I had read mixed reviews on this hotel so was a bit worried. Sofia checked us in and was very friendly and helpful about which tram to get into Zurich. The room was very clean and seemed as it had maybe been upgraded. Seemed very new. Coop 2 min walk away and tram stop right outside."

The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was great quality! The people at reception were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a great variety. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"
