Our apartment in Villa Düne is located on Dünenstraße in Kühlungsborn Ost and is in the 3rd Floor in a quiet area. It is approx. 600m from the apartment to the beach and approx. 300m to the Kühlungsborn city forest.

From the balcony you can enjoy the view of Kühlungsborn and the forest. On nice days you can start the day with breakfast on the balcony or end the day with a glass of wine. In rainy weather, the fireplace at the piano offers a very cozy atmosphere.

The 85 square meter apartment offers enough space for 4 people. You have a spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a fireplace and a comfortable sofa, as well as a piano.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed. There are two bathrooms at your disposal - a small bathroom with shower and a large bathroom with corner bath and terrace.

The apartment has a spacious sun balcony from the living room and a second balcony from the large bathroom, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Perfekt

Wir nutzten die Ferienwohnung im Rahmen unserer Fastenwoche. Die Bäckereien und kulinarischen Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Straße zum Strand waren sehr verlockend. Alles war rundherum perfekt, sodass der Familienurlaub für das Jahr 2025 nochmals bei Fam. Ebendorf gebucht wurde.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Das zweite Zimmer mit Schlafcouch ist kleiner als erwartet gewesen. Die Technik der Fernseher und die Programmauswahl ist noch ausbaubar. Die 2 Terrassen sind super. Die Bäder sehr schön. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen.
