The 3-room duplex apartment is on the second First floor and attic of the house.�������������� The roof terrace is in. 2 OG and the living room, as well as from the bedroom. The nicely furnished apartment has next to the living room with sitting area, TV, radio, dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and large closet, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The beautiful spacious (14m²) roof terrace can be reached via the living room and bedroom, from which you have a wonderful view of the mill, cooling and the city forest.  The second Bedroom with 2 single beds is located upstairs.

The plant mill park was built 1996th  Amongst the extensive grounds include a barbecue area and a small pond with gazebo. Furthermore there are a washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Fahrradabsellmöglichkeiten are currently in the system.
