"２度目の滞在でした。前回よりも床もトイレも綺麗になっていた気がします。シャワーの温度も改善されていて良かったです。近くにせんべろできる居酒屋もあるし、朝から営業してるお店もあるので朝食にも困りません。何より海がすぐで最高！駐車スペースは少し狭いので大きい車だと苦労するかもしれません。ホテルのように隣の部屋の音を気にする必要もないし、本当に快適です。 ただ、メゾネット？上の寝るスペースは天井が近いので寝る時に気になる方はいるかもしれません。が、ちゃんとした寝室も１つありますし、リビングのソファはベッドになります。"

"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。 リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても　他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。 一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。 何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。 また利用したいです。"

"全体的に写真通りのお部屋であること車がなくても十分活動ができる位置にあったのでよかったです。ただ新型ウィルスの影響でか利用する客が少ないせいかちょっと埃が溜まっているのと使えない調味料が置いてあるのが気になりました。あとWi-Fiは大人数でも対応できるものにしたほうがいいかと思いました。"

"Every Room has a Marina/Bay View with Condo amenities such as big frig, kitchen sink and microwave not to mention the washer and dryer. The room was spotless! The bathroom was WONDERFUL! Wash and Soak after a Nice walk on the Board Walk to American Village or not... Check-in was a challenge but, a front desk staff ANGEL, assisted and made the process easier. "Desk personnel were helpful and accommodating. We took it for granted at the time, but now, after after another 12 days on the island, the best English prepared staff was here. I was really surprised how few people around the island spoke English, especially in the hospitality industry (it used to not be that way). In fact, I had another hotel down the street booked for our last night before departing and saw how clueless they were when I stopped in to ask about parking and shuttle services. I cancelled that reservation and booked our last night at Nahana instead. Felt more at home there, for some reason. "
