"A decent hotel and the suite we stayed in was lovely. Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely. The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"

"Very nice"

"The view was great. The staff was always ready to help with any questions we had. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff was great with their service."

"The only positive thing about this place was the airport pick-up and drop-off service. Other than that, the experience was not worth the money. The room had an unpleasant smell, and even basic necessities like body soap were not provided. Although breakfast was included, the quality was very disappointing, and we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The listing advertised a buffet breakfast, but offering only three or four basic items, such as bread and jam, can hardly be considered a...

"Hotel was fine. need refreshment and new equipments. staff were very frendly and helpful. the city is not for tourism at all"

"We had a fantastic two-week stay overall! Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Niya, Rasheed and Riza for their excellent service. Food: Fantastic variety, great atmosphere and plenty of seating. Even 30 minutes before closing, all dishes were available and replenished. Rooms & Pool: Clean, spacious rooms with plenty of storage. The pool is huge, with plenty of sunbeds and towels. Entertainment: Daytime activities were great, particularly the foam party and Aqua Zumba....

"I like everything except for the beds. They are too stiff for my back."

"フルマーレで何日かステイするにはいいホテル。食事も美味しい。改修してそれほど時間が経っていないと思うが、既に設備、特に水回りの傷みが目立つ。"

"A hotel with a distinct Sri Lankan atmosphere. The rooms are functional. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the outside. The cleaning service leaves something to be desired; there are strands of hair on the floor. The washroom is rather dark, but the bathroom facilities work well. Breakfast is a bit of a let-down—there are absolutely no vegetables. The biggest mystery about this hotel is that, although the room numbers are in the 300s, the rooms are actually on the fourth floor!"

"The room was small , but the people were great, and the a football field beside the hotel"

"المنتجع جميل والخدمة جيدة والطاقم متعاون. السلبية هي غلاء الوجبات (الغداء والعشاء ) وعدم وضعها في الخيارات اثناء الحجز."
