"Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal nett. Das Einzige, was etwas störte, war, dass das Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung der Fenster bot, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Zimmer war. Hier wären Innenrollos...

"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."

"Frühstück und Personal 5 Sterne, Zimmer leider nur 2, da es sich um ein (Kur-)Klinikzimmer handelte. Entsprechend war der Charme des Zimmers. Im Wellnessbereich waren wir nicht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns allerdings mitgeteilt, dass der Zugang nicht im Preis enthalten sei und 20€ p.P. extra kostet.
