"I do not, cannot recommend this property/hotel to anybody. I am not sure it is a hotel as such. It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. Good luck if you choose this location, it is far from the description provided by...

"Excellent stay in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay.
