Their anticipatory approach, rather than reactive, met our needs with remarkable skill. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the kitchen personnel, particularly Ms. Bozena and Agnieszka, who consistently provided delectable local cuisine. Their dishes were prepared with utmost skill and complimented by world-class presentation and taste. Our grandchildren have developed a deep affection for the country of their grandparents. "Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location is not central, but trams and buses run frequently and take you to any part of the city within about 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased through the jakdojade app, but require the nuisance step of first depositing at least a minimum amount -- roughly equivalent to 6–8 rides -- into a prepaid "wallet". These tickets need to be validated through the QR codes on buses and trams. I liked the bistro cross the road and the Krym restaurant a few minutes away. Gorgeous parks right at the hotel. One caveat: my room was facing the back and was quiet, especially with the window closed; rooms on the opposite side face a major intersection and might be noisier."
