"The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view."

"Very comfortable hotel right on the beach. Amazing views of the sea and mountains from the room. Free beach for hotel residents. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sea water pool for children. At first, we settled in a very old room, but at our request, they found another one, which we were very pleased with. There is only one drawback: there is no elevator :) The administration responded very quickly and promptly to any requests. Thanks to all! Special thanks to Ivanna!"
