"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."

"Room spotless clean excellent staff good value for money"

"Everything was great besides the free internet connection . As soon as you get it disconnects and when it’s on.. can not open anything and it’s slow.. after 2 min disconnects again. Beside that.. everything else was great"

"There isn't anyone at the front desk most of the time. When you need help with anything, no one is there to help."
