Modern, sunny upstairs apartment for 4 people, in the heart of Greetsiel—close to the center yet in a quiet location.

Here you’ll find everything a vacationer could wish for. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which—with two single beds—is located in the converted attic. A flat-screen TV is provided. The windows here can be blacked out and are equipped with insect screens. The second bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe, is located on the first floor. Fly screens and exterior blinds are also provided here.

The modern and tastefully furnished built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with two freezer compartments, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more.

The cozy living-dining area invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the TV or gather around the large dining table for fun board games.

The entire living area features comfortable underfloor heating, and roller blinds and pleated shades on the windows provide privacy.

The modern bathroom features a corner shower, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

The large balcony is furnished with 4 comfortable garden chairs, a large table, and a parasol. From here, you can enjoy a view of one of Greetsiel’s twin mills.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

There is a storage shed available in front of the house where you can also charge the e-bikes you bring with you.

Shopping (Edeka), a bakery, a swimming pool (Gesundheitsoase), restaurants, the harbor, and the town center are just a few minutes’ walk away.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The “Löwenzahn” accommodations are located in the same building directly below this apartment; the “Fiete” house is right next door, should you need more space.

The vacation apartment is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
