"The customer service from Marcus was absolutely amazing!! He really tried to make things right. The rooms on the other hand not so much. I paid for a King bed suite that had Mountain View’s. When I went to the room there were stains on the sheets. I was moved to a double queen room with no Mountain View. This 2nd room had stains in the shower along with metal sticking out from the bottom of the bed. If not careful could really cut up my legs. I was offered a 20% refund but when I contacted Expedia I was told they could not get ahold of anyone from the property. I was really hopeful for this place but sadly I’m disappointed with this property. Next time I’ll pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. "

"The property was exactly as listed. Clean, well maintained and perfect for our trip. We loved the location. The home was stocked with everything needed. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the large fans in the bedrooms. We also enjoyed our rousing games of foosball. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved taking walks. Tons of elk seen in the neighborhood and all around Estes. We would definitely stay again."

There were so many small details and thoughtful amenities that made out stay so enjoyable and this home is perfect for a family getaway. We visited with our adult children to celebrate my Birthday. We loved the games, hot tub and Pickle Ball court! We would definitely book this property again on our next visit to Estes Park. "

"The home was clean and stocked with basic cleaning supplies. I believe I counted 3 or 4 lamps that would not turn on (bulb or broken) so the living room was very dark at night. Decent decor. Outside nice and tidy. Turning into drive was tough. It would’ve been nice if management had emailed more detailed information about the cabin and surroundings earlier than they did. After booking the cabin, I didn’t hear from them until I messaged them, but they were always friendly."

Weaking up to the sound of heavy equipment every morning and dealing with one way detours every time we went out was frustrating."
