Alles okay. Es war sauber und ordentlich, der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Es kam auch sofort eine Rückmeldung bei Fragen. Was ich so nicht wahrgenommen hatte, es waren viele Stufen zu bewältigen. Aber in der Wohnung war nichts zu bemängeln. Super Blick von den Balkonen und morgens hatte man die Sonne direkt auf dem Balkon. War noch etwas früh im Jahr, sonst hätte man toll auf dem Balkon frühstücken können. Und der Platz für das Auto auch gut. Absolute Ruhe, super zum Entspannen und erholen.

Wieder zurück von einem schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit Mann und Hund möchten wir uns für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet viel Platz auch für Kinder. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zu sehen, kein Neubau aber dafür eine Wohnung mit Charme... Im Aussenbereich gibt es viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und der Pool sorgt für Erfrischung.

Baulärm

Leider mussten wir nach 2 Tagen abreisen. Oberhalb unseres Ferienhauses wurde eine Straße o.ä. gebaut. Der Lärm war furchtbar. (Bagger, Steinmeißel, Betonmischer) waren im Einsatz. Eine vorherige Information wäre hilfreich gewesen. Leider konnte uns auch kein Ersatzobjekt von der Agentur angeboten werden.????? Außerdem gab es in der Nähe auch keinen Zugang zum Meer. Wir sind mit Hund gereist. Es gab einen einzigen Zugang durch den Wald und sehr beschwerlich. Hier konnte nur der Hund in Wasser. Für uns zu gefährlich.

Haus mit Meerblick

Ein schönes Haus mit zwei Wohnungen und fantastischen Meerblick. Alles war sauber und die Küche wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet.Zum Einkaufen fährt man am Besten nach Labin. Das sind mit dem Auto etwa 10-15 Minuten.Wer, wie wir, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe geniesst, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.Der Vermieter spricht Deutsch und die Kommunikation war wirklich gut und freundlich.Dieses Objekt können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Alles bestens, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, wir haben ganz ruhige Tage verbracht und den "eigenen" Pool sehr genossen. Netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Kontakt.

Sehr schöne, moderne und komfortable Unterkunft

Sehr angenehme und moderne Unterkunft, komfortabel. Sehr modern eingerichtete Küche, grosser Balkon. Leider war das Meer etwas weiter weg, es gibt aber einen Shuttlebus. Als wir da waren, gab es eine große Baustelle auf der Hauptstraße, unser Vermieter hat uns gleich eine Umleitung angegeben, damit wir das Haus gut erreichen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst war ruhig...

Traumhaft schön

Die Unterkunft entsprach dem Inserat und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (deutschsprachig) war komplikationslos und nett. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Pfannen, Töpfe, Teller, etc.). Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick von den Balkonen über die Bucht war wunderschön und ließ den Alltagsstress vergessen. Die Sonnenaufgänge waren traumhaft. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und genossen die Abende auf dem Balkon bei einer leichten Brise und die Lichter von Rijeka. Interessant war der Weg zur Unterkunft. Die Straße ist eng, aber ohne Probleme zu befahren und mit gegenseitiger Rücksicht alles super. Ein Muss: Am leider geschlossenen Hotel Flanona anhalten und den Blick genießen.

Schöne abgelegene Lage und sehr schöne Aussicht.

Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Agentur war sehr gut. Probleme, z. B. Schlüssel wurde eingeschlossen, wurden schnell gelöst. Ausstattung entsprach der Anzeige und es war alles sauber.

Vista mozzafiato ma che fatica arrivare al mare!

Confermo tutto ciò che scritto sulla inserzione corrisponde a verità, panorama mozzafiato, casa pulita, proprietari disponibili e cortesi, accessoriata molto molto bene. Unica sorpresa è l' arrivare difficoltoso al mare: consono due spiagge piccoline nelle vicinanze, ci si può arrivare a piedi ma....che fatica! Mezz ora di cammino nel bosco, in salita e discesa, strada sterrata: direi non per tutti perché non raggiungibile in macchina. Per esempio per bambini piccoli in passeggino, la strada non è per loro così come arrivare al mare in ciabatte: servono come minimo scarpe da ginnastica. Questo non era stato chiaro a mio avviso, ma chiaramente, per noi ( 2 adulti e 2 bambini diciamo grandi, ed un cane) la cosa era fattibile, anche se dopo il 4 giorno cominciava ad essere pesante. La località è molto rilassante, quasi completamente immersa nel verde, per chi come noi ha un cane direi l' ideale, non ci sono negozi nelle vicinanze e neanche possibilità di svago, quindi non lo consiglierei neanche ad un gruppo di ragazzi che vogliono passeggiare la sera. Altra sorpresa, molto positiva, è che nelle tre spiagge più vicine, l' accesso ai cani è consentito senza problemi, e questa ha reso sicuramente il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole e senza limitazioni. Nel complesso, Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Maura

Von der Sonne wachgeküsst: Toller Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang "im" Schlafzimmer

... genau, wie es im Inserat beschrieben ist. Das Ferienhaus bietet im Außenbereich viele Möglichkeiten zum Aufenthalt: kleiner Garten, Pool, Eßtisch im Schatten und 2 Balkone - ideal für Reisen mit Teenagern. Auch die beiden Strände sind wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen und nicht voll. Und für Ausflugslustige ist Istrien von hier aus wunderbar zu erkunden - seine schönen Städtchen sind gut zu erreichen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. :-)

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Die Bilder in der Vorschau entsprechen 100% der Wirklichkeit! Die obere der 2 Terrassen ist der Hammer! Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, eigener Pool und großer Grillbereich sowie genügend Stauraum und 1 zusätzlicher SEHR GROßER Kühlschrank - was will man mehr... Der Weg zum unterhalb liegenden Strand ist zwar besonders auf dem Rückweg anstrengend, aber absolut lohnenswert. Die kleine Bucht hat alles was man braucht und unsere Hündin Ronja hat den Schatten im Wald genossen. Ein Ort weiter gibt es gegenüberliegend 2 supertolle Restaurants mit extrem freundlichen Bedienungen. Wir waren jetzt schon 11x in Kroatien, aber noch nie in Istrien. Nächstes Jahr sind wir definitiv wieder da und können diese freundlichen Gastgeber und Ihre Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen!!!
