Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. "Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that."

"Overall the location is great. I was a little taken aback when the receptionist said I shouldn't have walked away from the automatic kiosk after it said there were no rooms available, even though I had a reservation. It appeared no one was able to use the kiosks to successfully check-in. I also wish the tubs were a little more accommodating, they're pitched like a black diamond ski slope. All in all, the location is perfect for early flights. One of my top 5 airport hotels!"
