"Very nice location , enjoyed feeding and watching the birdlife that came everyday to the back porch area, including the Maggie's who came up and knocked on the door and window to let us know we were getting a bit slack with feeding them on time. The myriad of parrots, bronzewings , blue wrens etc. Were a true joy and privilege. House was very comfortable and quiet and in a lovely setting . Also convenient and not too far out of town. "This was a great break, easy walk to town centre for a coffee in the morning, lunch or a beer in the afternoon. The house itself is a beautiful representation of a country house with great history and plans for the future. We enjoyed everything at our foot steps and the country feel we experienced here."

"Secluded property right in the heart of Denmark. Wake up to the birds and kangaroos eating right out the front. Spent 7 days here nice and central to explore the great southern region from the hills of the porongorups to the trees of pemberton manjimup. The super IGA is right down the road. So cosy nights by the fire with a home cooked meal made it feel like a second home."

"Enjoyed a couple's getaway weekend. Lovely clean home with all the basics you need for a holiday stay. Pot belly stove kept us cosy and warm in the evenings. Only minus was that the lawn area surrounding the house and where you park your car were a bit tricky to navigate as it was waterlogged and squelchy and just very wet. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Fabulous miners' cottage, beautifully furnished and ideal for our trip to Denmark. Many extra touches made this cottage a delight to visit. Due to the age of the cottage, there was a couple of steps and little uneven flooring which you had to be mindful off but this was not an issue for us and very clearly marked."

"A wonderful experience provided by friendly hosts. A lovely farm setting with opportunity to feed goats, chickens, rabbits and horses. Even pony rides if required. Our cottage was well appointed and quiet with a view over the valley. Comfortable beds and sofas."

"Such a beautiful spot, very quiet & great facilities. Beds were super comfy. Amazing cheese & wine on arrival was a lovely touch & the communication from the property managers brilliant. Views were fabulous! Only negatives were a lack of a couple of basic kitchen items, a bathroom door that would just not stay shut & very hit & miss wifi. They do warn you of this though because of the location but sometimes it was so bad you couldn’t even just pick up your emails. Overall though an amazing stay...
