"Ambiente war gut, Zimmer ok aber Ferneher funbktionierte nicht. Unterbringung im Dachgeschoß bei fast leerem Hotel war nicht optimal. Kein Aufzug, aber historisches Gebäude. Restaurant: kleine Karte, ok, aber überteuerte Preise. Frühstück nicht überzeugend. Wir werden nicht wieder dort übernachten."

Easy check in, wifi, nice room, very clean, great person at the desk with lots of suggestions, and outstanding breakfast for 12 euros per person. Only very minor issue was we had to park a ways away in a parkade because they only have a few paid spots at the hotel, but was really no problem. "

"This hotel is a large standard hotel in a fabulous position to explore Monschau and the surrounding area. Car park is a huge bonus. Our room was on the 5th floor. A reasonable size, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would return if in the area."

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"
