Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Kröslin, Freester Strasse" 110 m, railway station "Wolgast" 11 km, sandy beach 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Marina 400 m. The neighbour has some chicken and sheep.
3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
