Apartment LiJan °4 is located on the top floor of the house. Up the stairs entering the cozy and spacious living and dining area. From the bright living room there is a large outdoor terrace with a lovely sea view equipped with sitting garniture. Apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the second one has a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment is air conditioned with two indoor devices.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace.
A shared garden with heated salt water pool, barbecue facilities and children's playground at guests' disposal.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Das Haus sowie Pool und Garten sind ganz neu und sehr, sehr sauber und man sieht die Liebe zum Detail. Mira, die Eigentümerin, hilft wo sie kann und betreibt alles mit viel Herzblut. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss und hatten neben den 3 Schlafzimmern auch noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. In die Altstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt. So richtig viele Möglichkeiten im Grünen spazieren zu gehen gibt es nicht direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung, aber das haben wir jetzt auch nicht wirklich vermisst. Highlights waren die große Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und der beheizte Pool. Die Betten waren noch ganz neu und super bequem. Ein paar mehr Haken könnte es in den Bädern geben, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Das eine Bad soll nächstes Jahr auch noch erneuert werden, obwohl es jetzt noch keinen sonderlich alten Eindruck gemacht hat. Fazit: wir würden wiederkommen 🙂 Auch der Kontakt über Suzy von der Agentur war ausgezeichnet: jederzeit schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Danke nochmal!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin ist zuvorkommend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit im Poolbereich. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Ferienwohnung war ganz gut, sehr sauber. Tolle Küche und großes Wohnzimmer. Super Kontakt mit Suzana von der Agentur. Die Betten waren sehr weich, aber für uns kein großes Problem. Die Nachbarn hatten mal Probleme mit Kinderlärm, wenn mehrere Kinder (z.b. auch von der Ferienwohnung unten) zusammenkamen-obwohl sie nicht so laut waren.

Gerne wieder!
Wir haben wundervolle Tage in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr angenehm und der Pool war klasse und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Man konnte sich nur wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist auch klasse, sehr zentral gelegen und alles gut erreichbar. Wir möchten uns bei der Vermieterin Mira für die herzliche und entspannte Zeit bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eindeutige Empfehlung
Die Wohnung ist modern, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der riesigen Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Swimmingpool ist ganz neu, wir hätten lieber den alten Garten gehabt, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Der restliche Garten ist liebevoll mit Blumen und Kräutern bepflanzt. Die Vermieterin Mira ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, sie spricht auch gut deutsch. Insgesamt ist es eine familiäre Atmosphäre, es gibt einen kleinen Laden ganz in der Nähe und der Fußweg runter zur Altstadt ist angenehm zu gehen, mit immer wieder neuen Ansichten der Stadt, Gärten und Blicken aufs Meer. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
