The house is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area, tucked into lush green and mediterranean vegetation and its ideal location puts you within fifteen minutes walk to the old town. The Apartment house has its own parking space in the yard. In the immediate vicinity, there is a mini market and restaurant.
This 50 square meters apartment is situated on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms with double beds and living room with pull-out sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toster, dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom has basic sanitary equipment and includes a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The guests have on disposal its own private garden with sitting furniture, hammock, two deck chairs and a barbecue.
