"We booked three rooms. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great area and allowed us to walk whenever we wanted to do. There were shops and restaurants all around. The breakfast was included and it was really well done. The front desk staff were helpful and spoken English! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Second time staying in H+ Salzburg. The vicinity next to main train station is a plus plus point. Hotel condition is as new. Front staffs speak good English. This time we stayed 3 nights and spent one of the day doing an excursion to Hallstatt half day tour…. 15 min walk to the tour meeting point, super convenient. Breakfast choice is western style with sufficient varieties. Happy to stay this hotel again "

"Great location. On the same street that takes you to old town. Breakfast was good and clean. After 3 weeks of traveling and 4 hotels in Europe, best breakfast offered so far. I don't utilize housekeeping, so I can't speak to it. "

"Very nice room and an excellent breakfast. Room was a nice size after switching from the double room to the junior suite I had reserved. There was push back to my move request but I showed my Expedia reservation and they honored the request for the move. The hotel was fully booked. After the initial room change discussion, the service was very good and they apologized for the problem & wanted to make sure we were happy. They handled reservations for us well to a concert at the palace. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Cool hotel, next to the bus and train station so good transport connections and walkable to town/old town. Staff friendly and helpful & the hotel was clean and well presented with lots of lovely plants. The room was fine though placement of plug sockets a little strange - half way up the walls with no shelf to place items on to charge or difficult to reach in small cubbyhole next the bed. No tea/coffee making facilities in room but kettles were available to use in the lobby. Would recommend. "
