"Great stay"

"If there was a provision to rate 0, i would have. I looked at snaps and reviews and booked for a weekend stay, paid a bomb for the deluxe suite - came to room late in evening , the a/c remote is missing, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, for the extra pull up sofa/bed - no bedding /pillow etc In the morning , asked for two bottles of water and they took 68 mins to get the bottle I paid a bomb for this, over 9k and such pathetic service. stay away from this property like Plague. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Bimba and would definitely recommend it. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment I checked in. They had a attached multicuisine restaurant , again a nice experience with the food and staff interaction. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

However our room was a little let down. The private pool is amazing, clean and heated! There is also a jacuzzi in the room, also great but the room itself is a big letdown. There are 2...

"Good place to stay. The property needs some upgrades."
