Seetraum vacation apartment - high above the lake, spacious with a large balcony

Awarded by the DTV with 5 stars you live in a comfortable, very spacious, apartment with about 113 square meters living space on the 1st floor.
2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with a shower, the other with a bath and a walk-in closet.
Large living / dining room with modernly furnished living room with floor to ceiling windows and directly adjoining partially covered terrace.

The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and plenty of dishes.
The apartment has parquet and tiled floors and is therefore allergy friendly. TV, stereo and DVD player in the living room and additional TV in one of the bedrooms are also available. Parking and wireless lan are offered free of charge.

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. The existing key safe station is also a late arrival easily possible.

Completely and tastefully furnished apartment for sophisticated use with terrace and private parking directly at the house. Excellent quiet location high above Lake Constance.

man kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen - bestens ausgestattet - und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Bodensee - und der Strand ist auch in der Nähe - man kann locker vom Sonnenhof herunter laufen an den See - auch wenn es einmal Regnen sollte - kann man aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung sehr gut relaxen - und so haben einzelne Familienmitglieder mitunter einen guten Rückzugsbereich (Schlafzimmern) Den Balkon haben wir geliebt - durch seine Größe - konnte man sich frei bewegen und war nicht eingeengt - Jugend und wir Erwachsene geben da eine glatte Eins - 5 Sterne

Unterkunft ganz gut....

Unterkunft ganz gut. Ein Schlafzimmer könnte sinnvoller eingerichtet werden. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Tür kann nicht richtig geöffnet werden. Bei Ankunft haben wir eine volle Spülmaschine mit sauberen Geschirr vorgefunden. Wir kommen zwar vom Land, aber 7 Tage der Geruch der Biogasanlage, wurde lästig. Schade, daß man die Markise nicht ausfahren darf. Es war auch nur ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Bädern sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie weiter empfehlen. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die wir bei der 5 Sterne Wohnung kritisieren müssen: 1. Die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr und Küchengeräte) sind total zusammen gewürfelt und entsprechen nicht dem Anspruch 2. Der Esstisch und die Stühle aus Rattan sind unbequem und haben fleckige Sitzkissen. Wir mussten die Glasplatte des Tisches weg nehmen, um die Brösel der Vorsaison zu entfernen und abzusaugen. Sind eigentlich Gartenmöbel und sollten getauscht werden.

Das Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Einige Anmerkungen seien uns gestattet: 1. Fehlende Haken für Handtücher im Bad, 2. Beleuchtung über den Spiegeln im Bad wäre wünschenswert, 2. Die Gläser waren für die unterschiedlichen Getränkesorten nicht ausreichend vorhanden.

Eine Woche in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig- Erholung pur. Einrichtung und Ausstattung konnten voll zufriedenstellen. Vor allem die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vermieter klappte bei einem kleinen technischen Problem optimal. Es kam umgehend Hilfe. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schön und sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Kressbronn an einem Hang. Vom Balkon (Süd-Ost-Lage) hat meinen einen schönen Blick auf den See. In direkter Nachbarschaft zur Ferienwohnung liegt ein Bauernhof mit Kuh/Rinderweiden. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Pflegezustand. Als Kritikpunkt würde ich nur das Klappbett anführen, welches in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer steht. Aber das ist in der Tat nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir hatte ein tolle Woche in Kressbronn und würden wohl auch wieder kommen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. In der Zusammenfassung: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hell, großartiger Ausblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft über Wiesen, den See und die schneebedeckten Berge. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir Sonne bis in den Nachmittag, die Abendsonne konnte man auf der Bank neben dem Eingang genießen. Wir fanden auch die Lage außerhalb des Trubels direkt am See sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und großzügigen Stauraum im Flur und im Ankleidezimmer. Sollte über eine weitere Optimierung der Wohnung nachgedacht werden, würden wir uns die Möglichkeit einer Waschmaschinenbenutzung wünschen. Ausserdem wäre es empfehlenswert, das schlafcouchartige Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer durch ein richtiges Bett mit angemessener Breite für 2 Erwachsene zu ersetzen. Es standen aber weitere Matratzen zur Verfügung, so dass jeder einen passenden Schlafplatz gefunden hat.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 4 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage genutzt und dort einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die großzügige Wohnung war sauber und komplett ausgestattet und war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage und der tolle Ausblick über den Bodensee.
