The apartments with 75 to 220m² of living space have one, two or three bedrooms. They are newly furnished with a Mediterranean flair. The “La Pergola” apartment for a maximum of four people provides 125m² of living space plus a 60m² terrace. The garden apartment enjoys a sunny south-west-facing location and has large arched windows with seven terrace exits, two bedrooms, an open 60m² living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen (incl. Nespresso and coffee machine), a spacious bathroom with a bath and separate rainforest shower with underfloor heating, a separate WC. All the apartments have large balconies or terraces, partially roofed, with a wonderful view of the park or the lake. There is a sauna in the main house. Access to Lake Constance is just 200 metres away. This apartment has a sunny south-facing 60m² terrace with a large American garden jacuzzi, chic garden lounge furniture, a large table, bench and an electric terrace grill. The terrace directly adjoins the park-like garden. An electric terrace grill is available. There is a private parking space by the house. It is in a quiet location right by the park, Kneipp basin and Zen garden.
Some guest bicycles, a boat and rowing boat are available. Only dogs are allowed as pets.
