"A good hotel. Doesn’t look particularly attractive from outside but its location is excellent for seeing Berlin. Bedrooms, breakfast etc are all good - functional is the best description. Overall good value for money."

"Just 1 min walk to the station, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies and lots of food options. Safe and convenient. The room doesn’t have a fridge but as the supermarket is so close by I just get fresh food from there everyday. Coffee machine in the lobby. Friendly staff. Efficient housekeeping"

"Hotel is very conveniently located steps away from Berlin Central station. Safe to walk around. We went to station to buy goods and drinks because it is close and I didn’t see groceries store around. The check-in process was seamless since we arrived at 11 pm. They handed us our keys as soon as we mentioned our name. It was great because we were tired after 9 hr train ride. The room is a bit small ( for us, we like a sitting area) although it has everything you need. Air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, good size bathroom, comfortable bed. No sitting area. Staff are great, everything we requested such as cleaning the room daily, extra pillows, ice bucket, extra coffee packets, etc. they provided happily. Amina, in particular was very helpful providing us with important info regarding public transportation. She was polite, patient and extremely pleasant. The friendliness of the staff really makes the small size of the room ( small for us because we like a sitting area) not important at all. We will definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Less than 5 mins walk from the HBH (main train station), so was able to be at the hotel less than an hour after landing. They allowed us to check in at 11am AND gave us a free upgrade. Bar downstairs was lovely and intimate, and a nice selection of German beers for €5. Very close to some of the main attractions, including the Reichstag. And there's a wonderful Vietnamese place around the corner too. Overall extremely impressed and would stay again."
