"The food at breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, the hotel was immaculately clean and the spa was so relaxing. However I would add that it was our honeymoon and I had emailed ahead to let them know this as I ordered champagne and nibbles for our room to surprise my husband. Not one person at the hotel acknowledged our honeymoon - I wasn’t expecting it to cost them anything but a message in the room or a well wish from staff would have been nice! It felt like any normal city break in Berlin which was a real shame! We got engaged in the Steigenberger in Cairo and they were so happy for us. I was really disappointed that it didn’t feel special."

"Very clean, excellent location. Amazing breakfast buffet. They were able to give us early check in and after 9hrs flight it was greatly appreciated. Wish there was extra pillows but i didn’t ask for more. There was an extra one in the wardrobe but no pillow case. I Would stay again."
