"Great location, excellent service, luxurious hotel! Spotless, bright and very spacious room. Lovely staff! Amazing stay overall. Minor suggestion for improvement- even though the area is super safe, it would be good to have security entry to the building (main entrance or lifts) especially at night. Anyone could walk in, take lift leading to the rooms by bypassing the reception. "

"Very nice hotel, the room was quite large and clean. Only drawback is that it is a 1.2 mile walk to the old city so there isn't a whole lot going in the area around the hotel."

"I was in the hotel to recover from hip replacement therapy, so I was temporarily using a walker. The staff was amazing! Each and every one I met went out of their way to help me or to offer help, from the waitress at the breakfast buffet to housekeeping to the front desk. They helped me to change money in order to pay my hospital bill, escorted me to a local bank and back again, and ensured that everything went right despite a multitude of opportunities for it to go wrong. I most highly recommend the Sheraton Novi Sad."

"Good place to stay overall. 3 main problems: 1. Smokey lobby and common area, should improve cleaning and ventilation 2. No replacement of coffee cups, coffee bags and minibar 3. Bed cover is smaller than the bed. When sleeping 2 persons it gets short"
