Close to the water park

Booked to be close to the water park (not included in the room rate). Cleaning was not perfect, found dirt in the corners. Rooms are getting worn out.

Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal sehr höflich. Aber das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Es ist altmodisch und abgewohnt. Die Matratzen und der Teppichboden hätten schon längst ausgewechselt werden müssen.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt. Am schlimmsten ist der Bodenbelag auf den Fluren. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr einladend eingerichtet,aber sauber. Erstaunlich fand ich, das man im Restaurant nur Menü essen konnte, das ist für ein Familienfreundliches Hotel doch ungewöhnlich erklärt aber, das der Pizzaservice und Mac Donalds Lieferservice sich die Klinke in die Hand gaben.Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Gutes Frühstück. Die Matratzen im ersten Zimmer waren durchgelegen. Nach Zimmerwechsel auf Grund eines defekten Türschloss deutlich bessere Matratzen. Die Toiletten waren in beiden Zimmern schmutzig. Das Restaurant ist überteuert (7€ für eine zweite Scheibe Fleisch auf dem Cheeseburger). Auch der Wellnessbereich (Sauna) ist ziemlich teuer (3 H Sauna pro Erw. 20,40€ inkl. Hotelrabatt.

Alles war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist zwar alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles heil und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen. Mit kostenlosem Leihbademantel und Saunatuch ist auch ein Besuch im aufpreispflichtigen Thermenbereich sehr komfortabel möglich.

Also das wundervolle Personal hat eine 10 von 10 verdient! Empfang immer freundlich und für Fragen offen. Die Mädels beim Frühstück auch beide super nett und zu vorkommenden, die beiden haben den Aufenthalt wirklich toll gemacht. Frühstück an sich auch vollkommen in Ordnung alles da was macht braucht. Aber... Ansonsten ist das gesamte Hotel alt.. das Zimmer war sauber ansonsten aber eine Katastrophe... Schimmel im Bad, funktionierte der Wasserhahn konnte man im Anschluss den Duschhahn nicht nutzen... umgedreht das selbe. Die Zimmereintrichtung abgewohnt, der Teppich und Vorhänge voll mit Flecken. Das Bett weich und durchgelegen, das man leider auch noch mit Rückenschmerzen aufsteht. Der Balkon ebenfalls schmutzig und lädt absolut nicht zum verweilen ein.... wir würden keinen weiteren Kurzurlaub hier verbringen wollen auch wen das Personal wirklich prima war.
