What made the rating satisfactory at best: shower in the 2nd bathroom not working; it was freezing on the morning after check-in, and the thermostat cannot be adjusted, except remotely by the owners. It qas freezing in the morning. Owner responded less than promptly (Thanksgiving, I get it) and turned the heat on, but locking the setting. Freezing in the morning became sweltering at night.
