Kas Koral - Authentic, luxury oceanfront villa in Kralendijk

Kas Koral is a unique holiday home. This Bonairian house on the boulevard is equipped with all the luxury and comfort you need. Its name matches the beautiful coral stone floor that lies throughout the house. The view of the sea is truly breathtaking! Enjoy from your private terrace how the sun disappears into the sea and watch how the local fishermen return ashore with their catch.

The house sleeps 4 adults and two children. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning with ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom has a queen size bed with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two single beds. It shares one of the bathrooms downstairs* (you will have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom)

The modern kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances and a large double door fridge/freezer. There is enough place here to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, perhaps with the freshly caught fish?

Also the garden is well maintained and is a wonderful place to relax.  Enjoy the constant trade wind on one of the beds on the sundeck while reading a book and sipping a cocktail! Under the covered veranda is a cozy lounge seating area.

There is easy access to the sea; so for divers, snorkelers and swimmers this is an ideal spot. Also nice: use our SUP boards and have fun ON the water too!

Because this luxury holiday home is located at the end of the boulevard, you benefit from the tranquility while at the same time it’s only a short walk to the center where all restaurants and shops can be found. Diving spot ‘Something Special’ (where seahorses are often spotted, also when snorkeling!) and the popular lunchroom ‘Between 2 Buns’ are a stone’s throw away.

The house was perfect for our family of five. Spacious living area with high ceilings, two nice outdoor terraces, good beds, walking distance to Kralendijk, enough space to wash and dry our diving equipment, and, most important, the sea in front of our door. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets :) Contact with Sunrentals was very smooth. Quick replies to our whatsapp questions. We struggled with mosquitoes and weak wifi and Sunrentals quickly arranged for an insect exterminator and the internet provide to pass by the house to try to solve the problem. We also very much appreciated the possibility to have a late check-out. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kas Koral. It is a lovely house that is well maintained and tastefully furnished. Its location is fantastic and we loved the view watching all the activity on the water and the sunsets. Being so close to the water was perfect for diving and snorkelling.

The house itself was lovely & well appointed. We loved the location, within walking distance to downtown and the ability to snorkel across the street. We also loved that you took care of the car rental and stocked the refrigerator with delicious groceries. The painted rock with our name will forever be a special souvenir for us. We appreciate that someone met us at the house upon our check-in.
