I was very happy with my stay at Sleep Innn. Whilst these are apartments, I nevertheless found the front desk staff helpful and available. The location is good; the apartments are right next to the train and bus station, as well as a large mall, and a short but pleasant walk to the more central areas. I deliberately chose this for a short break as knew I would be getting the bus to/from the airport and Auschwitz, so wanted something convenient for those trips. Even though not so central, the area is nice with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Apartment was a good size and felt well equipped enough for me. Particularly given the price, I don't really have anything negative to add but if I were nitpicking: the shower drained painfully slowly and it would have been helpful to have a tray/shelf in the shower cubicle, and I can imagine the sofa bed wouldn't suit all guests although I found it OK. Oh and remember it is a (relatively) early check-out here!

Great clean and in a good spot - the only issue we had we were in the top floor room and the curtains were not fitted - there were lots of light from the train station opposite that disturbed sleep

They are new apartments. Clean, with a lot of space. By the train and bus station which is very convenient. Just 10 min from downton. Safe area to walk. Sleep Innn personnel are very helpful and speak in English although most of the places we visited could communicate in English. A lot of tourists in downtown which makes prices a little higher than in Varsaw.

Nice clean room with great location

Nice and clean room. At the front desk some people were very friendly others not so, but great experience overall. Location is very convenient 1 minute walk from The train and coach station.

This hotel was perfect for our stay as we arrived very early in the morning by bus and the hotel is literally10 metres from the entrance of the bus station. It was a short walk to get to centre of town and with a huge shopping g centre rightnext the the bus and train station we coukdnt have asked for more.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to stay. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was well kitted out with a hob, microwave and kettle. Tea and coffee were supplied. Only thing we missed was a toaster. The bed was a little soft for my taste but the wife found it comfortable. It did not bother us, but the large screen TV only had Polish programmes. Wifi was fairly fast. The location is literally 2 minutes from the bus and railway station - train from the airport was clean and very cheap. Nice little restaurant downstairs serving excellent local cuisine at reasonable prices. Ideal location to stay in Krakow being on the edge of the old city - a five minute walk and you are in town. Small grocery shop a few doors down was also useful. We would definitely stay here again.

I reserved the top floor deluxe studio which was a mistake. The studio is very nice and clean. However, because it is on the top floor, it has a sun roof right above the bed. I was woken up by the light at 5am every morning. I am sure that the standard studio would be better than this one. Also, the elevator does not go all the way up to the top floor, I had to carry my suitcase and walked one floor. Other than that, everything else is great.

Lo mejor de este apartahotel es que está justo enfrente de la estación de autobuses y de la trenes y andando a 10 minutos del centro. La habitación es amplia y moderna, aunque el sofá cama es un poco incómodo y el desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado (avisamos, pero se ve que no tuvieron tiempo de resolverlo). Limpian cada 3 días.

For the price the Sleep in was nice to stay. The room I rented had a couch bed combo. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was. The location is next to the big Mall, Bus station and a short walk to the city center. Unlike bus stations in the US, the area around the bus station was nice and very safe. Over all the Sleep Inn was in a nice location where you can feel safe but then again that is most of Poland.
