Thre is one big room w/ the reception area (desk only), and the kitchen/living area. Right after the kitchen area, there are 2
bathrooms - neither of which have working locks! There are no working locks to enter the bathroom (where the shower and toilet are located) There are also no working locks in the WC/toilet room (separate door inside the bathroom). I brought this issue up to management and they were non-apologetic and did not seem concerned that the bathrooms don't lock. I think what they are trying to expect different guests to use the shower area and toilet area at the same time, therefore no locks (This place can probably house 30+ guests and only has these 2 bathrooms). This is quite an uncomfortable situation, no privacy to be expected. I stayed 1 night and left early in the morning (had originally booked 3 nights). The only reason I even stayed the 1 night is because I arrived around 11pm and didn't want to go find another place to stay so late at night. Also, the front desk staff said he couldn't find my reservation (which I had booked at least 1 month prior to arrival) and had me "sit and wait". After about 10 mins of waiting w/ no answer, I decided to get on the phone (skype) and call Orbitz all the way from Poland. They were finally able to "find" my reservation after the Orbitz representative talked to them, this reservation ordeal delayed my check-in process by at least 45-60 minutes.
