The 1st room received was not clean and had a ton of someones hair left all over the sink. :-( The second one was in the sections for smokers and it retained that musty/tobacco stench. Won't go back there.

Bra service. Bar öppen 24 h. Frukost OK, väldigt enkel även om där fanns äggröra och skivad stekt korv. Lugnt och fint läge med bra kommunikation in till stan - max 15 minuter så är du i city. Sängarna var ovanligt hårda.

Friendly and convenient though not in Old Town

Very helpful and friendly reception, on-on-site restaurant, large room with fridge and cable tv. Close to train station Plowdov (so?),which is on the line between the airport and the main train station, Glowny. And with plenty of trams passing a few hundred metres away. The hotel is 3 star and has a lot of rooms but doesn't have any special atmosphere as you may get in the old city. Decor is a little tired. But it is quiet and spacious and the included breakfast was good.

Wenn es sein muss

Bis auf die Tatsache, dass der Frühstücksraum relativ schlecht beheizt war (draussen herrschten Minustemperaturen) und bis auf den letzten Nachmittag, an dem ich einen späteren Check-out (15:00 anstatt 12:00 Uhr) gegen ein Zusatzgebühr von PLN 30.-- beantragt habe, war alles mehr oder weniger ok. An diesem Nachmittag ging ein wildes Klopfen los, wo ich das Gefühl hatte, es hämmert einer gegen die Wand irgendwo unter mir. Auf meine telefonische Reklamation bei der Rezeption hat es geheissen, es sei der Koch, der das Fleisch in der Küche für das Abendessen klopft... Sie würden schauen, was sich machen liesse. Das Klopfen hat nicht aufgehört. Ich rief erneut an, aber der Koch blieb bei seiner Aufgabe noch 10 Min. lang. Beim Auschecken war das Hotel nicht bereit, mir als Kompensation für die Unannehmlichkeit die 30 PLN zu erlassen. Das finde ich sehr kundenunfreundlich. Wenn sie wissen, das das Gebäude so ringhörig ist, dann sollten sie keine Gästezimmer im ersten Stock über der Küche verkaufen oder die Gäste davor warnen und ihnen sagen, dass es zwischen 14:00 und 15:00 Uhr Lärm gibt. Dann sollten aber auch die Zimmerpreise entsprechend runtergesetzt werden. Ich habe schliesslich keine Metzgerei oder Küche sondern ein Hotelzimmer gebucht.

Godt bud på billigt hotel

Vi delte etage med en skoleklasse, selvom vi havde bedt om et stille værelse. Da internettet ikke virkede på de sidste værelser på gangen, inklusive vores eget, blev gangen brugt som opholdsrum af de unge mennesker. Lidt ærgerligt at wifi ikke virker på de yderste værelser på gangen, når man booker et hotel bla pga wifi. Belysningen er noget dunkel på værelserne. Når dette så er sagt, må vi sige, at medarbejderstaben er yderst hjælpsomme, venlige og imødekommende. Vi havde brug for støvsuger til at vakuumpakke nogle ting. Ingen problemer med det. Morgenbuffeten er rigtig god værelsets pris taget i betragtning og restaurationslokalet er meget hyggeligt! Man parkerer gratis ved hotellet, det er også et plus. Hvis man vil bo billigt, er Demel bestemt et godt bud!

Inte värt 3 stjärnor

Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal. Restaurang och lobby helt ok och fräsht. Vi hade bokat ett dubbelrum och fick en "apartement". Rummet var mycket nedgånget och slitet, dessutom väldigt smutsigt. Inte dammsuget på en hel vecka!!! Sängens madrasser var mycket dåliga, man kunde känna spiralerna då man låg, inga bäddmadrasser. Urusla kuddar.

Dostupný hotel s dobrým spojením do centra

Kousek od hotelu je zastávka tramvaje, která vás za pár minut doveze do centra. Parkoviště před hotelem je zdarma, výborná snídaně. Byli jsme v hotelu už potřetí.
