"The Metropolitan hotel was lovely, location is great as it’s central to the square & Jewish quarters, Staff were very helpful, breakfast was fab with a good selection. I would recommend this hotel and certainly stay there again."

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and were able to orient me in the city. The garden area near the lobby was pretty nice, but the rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable. I did hear a little bit from the tram that was directly under my room, but it was overall a very nice hotel. I would stay there again if I were in Krakow."

"I wish I never had to leave this amazing hotel and city! The entire staff at this hotel was so kind and lovely; helping me before I even got there with booking day trips and car service from the airport. They helped with my lost luggage and countless other questions I had. The breakfast was yummy and the staff there was so efficient, making sure everything was fresh and delicious. The location is ideal--so easy to get around and so close to Old Town Square and Cloth Market. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay perfect!"
